Based in the South West UK, Carmel works in communications and events. She also grows perennial plants and takes photographs.

Developing events and creative practices that allow different ways for communities and the landscape to interact with each other, Carmel explores the stories that bring people and the land together.

With a narrative based style of photography, photos combine together or stand alone as a portal into a journey or story.

Initially growing woodland trees, Carmel now is trialling edible and forest garden plants, with nurseries in Bristol and Falmouth.
